Hill Holt Wood is many things. It is a woodland, a social enterprise with charitable status, and a journey towards a sustainable way of life. In 2011 we completed our largest on-site building, the Wood Hall. This development included modern events facilities that allowed us to open our doors to a much wider audience of people interested in visiting the woodland. Hosting corporate events is our speciality. We have worked with a diverse range of companies, many of which continue to make use of our facilities regularly.
Our Event Space in Lincolnshire
Our award winning venue, situated in the heart of our woodland, offers a unique event space in Lincolnshire. At the heart of this a monolithic rammed earth hall providing an amazing acoustic experience, natural lighting from the roof light (cupola), whilst also providing a spectacle for visitors with an exposed rare double reciprocal frame. This space allows flexibility of use and our hall can comfortably hold up to 20 delegates boardroom-style and up to 60 theatre-style, whatever suits the needs of our clients. With a 75"plasma screen, a surround sound stereo system and wifi, this space offers clients everything they need. We also offer 2 moveable flip-charts and pens. Complimenting this space is an adjoining room that can seat up to 40 people (the cafe) and can be use in conjunction with the hall as per the client needs. This space offers panoramic views of the woodland and is the location for our lunchtime buffet and ongoing refreshment throughout the day. There is also ample outside seating, overlooking the wildlife garden, for those sunny days. A unique and tranquil setting to host any event.

Our Catering for your Event
Food and refreshments are often the most important aspect of any event and so we ensure that ours are to the highest standards. Our team has prepared meals for a variety of different events and clients. Whether you prefer coffee and pastries, homemade soup and sandwiches, classic canapé buffets all can be prepared and served by our staff. We also make an extensive range of vegetarian food and can cater for any specific dietary requirements. The glass-walled dining area offers pleasant views into the woodland and our wildlife garden.
